Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria
For Pre-Matric (Class 1 to 10):
- The applicant must be from Assam (permanent resident).
- Candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), OBC, or Minority category.

- Annual family income should not be more than ₹1,00,000.
